Ron Moyer Standing with a Dead Mountain Lion [Photograph]

Description

This photograph depicts Ron Moyer (then 10 years old) standing with his arm on a dead mountain lion from Dr. McCleery's lobo wolf park, located along Route 6 five miles east of Kane, PA. The mountain lion escaped from the park in February 1946 and killed Claude Mollander Jr.'s dog. The mountain lion was subsequently shot by Ron Moyer's uncle, Sergeant Charles E. Stacy.
