Affidavit of Robert Jones, who claims that during his time as superintendant of the McCleery wolf pack, he was attacked, threatened, and bitten by lobo wolves. Jones claims that on one occasion, two arctic wolves named Boreas and Dianna teamed up to attack him when he and Dr. McCleery attempted to stop them from fighting with two lobo wolves through the fence. Jones claims that Dr. McCleery held Boreas down while Jones fought off Diana and escaped.

According to the legal counsel at the Pennsylvania Department of State's Division of Legislation and Notaries, affidavits, wills, etc. do not count as public documents just because they are notarized, and thus do not automatically fall into the public domain. However, the notary department claims no copyright whatsoever to such documents, so if copyright exists, it does not belong to them.
