Dr. McCleery's wolf pack became famous, attracted many notable people to the area, and boosted the reputation of Kane, PA. Dr. E. H. McCleery today is honored for his dedicated efforts to save the famed lobo wolves from extinction - a work of almost 40 years which has brought uncounted thousands of persons to his "Wolf Farm" on Route 6 including many world notables. The famed lobo pack has been pictured in movies - appeared on TV - were featured world-wide in magazine and news articles, adding lustre to the good name of "Kane, Pa." and recognized as one of Pennsylvania's unique attractions.

Now at the age of 94, Dr. McCleery sees a hope of many years materialize - successors who will take up his work with the lobos - to follow his pattern and to make improvements that advancing age and health would not permit him to do. His successors are a young Milwaukee couple - Jack and Marjorie Lynch who have been interested in the wolves and the park here for more than a year. They plan to carry on - and to continue the name.
